The 2025 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Spätlese #10 combines a hint of flint with tender wet slate. The palate also pulls off this stony connection, linking that gorgeous slate saltiness to wonderfully ripe yellow peach flesh that is ever so slightly tempered by ripe orange zest. This is compact, stony, contained and beautifully elongated, carrying the generosity of stone- and citrus-fused fruit to an endless, dreamy finish. What a total nugget of peachy pleasure.
