Found North "Fog City Social" Private Blend Canadian Whisky

A private blend for the Fog City Social encompassing Sauternes and New American Oak as finishing casks across 4 unique components ranging from 11- 22 years in age. The Sauternes casks bolster elements of the rye component's natural herbaceousness through flavors of eucalyptus, dried mint, and rosemary, while naturally complementing the rich, dense corn components' ripe honeydew melon, candied ginger, and sweet lemon meringue. New American Oak casks provide a backbone of vanilla, coconut cake, and shortbread, balancing the blend's fruit forwardness. Only 120 bottles were produced.
