Rather dark in color for a six-year-old, Marie Duffau Napoléon is almost nut brown. Soft, warm orange aromas and sweet, round flavors of milk chocolate, sponge cake, and a spicy, pithy finish. Solid and affordable for such a young Armagnac. (JW)

The easy drinking Marie Duffau Armagnacs have brought more people into this category than almost any other product. This is the country's best selling Armagnac and with good reason. If you're looking for round soft and supple this is about as good at anything at this price.

Only organically grown estate fruit is used in the production of these fine Armagnacs. Aged for a minimum of six years, Marie Duffau Napoleon Bas Armagnac shows flavors of cocoa, cake batter and vanilla, plus soft tannins on the finish and a touch of rancio.
