You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery.

K&L Wine Merchants may arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer to an address specified by our customer, at K&L's sole discretion. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by K&L violates the law, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address (or the address of a third-party storage facility) in a state that allows such shipments.
