Notes
This is a traditional recipe from Thomas Bernard-Reymond's grandfather. Thomas hand picks the flowers from the Ecrin National Park, one of the few producers permitted to do so. He produces two tiny batches each year and has specifically decided to remain true to the original recipe rather than expand at the expense of quality. This is truly one of the highest quality Alpine liqueurs available on the market. Only 5500 liters are produced annually.
