This blend of Grande and Petite Champagne, which gives it a floral character, and Fine Bois, which adds fruit, has a minimum age of 15 years. It's full bodied with flavors of maple, hazelnut, and a smoky tobacco note, and an acidity that refreshes the palate and enhances the combined flavors. It is the only expression of Hine to include Fins Bois.
