Despite a mild aroma, this whiskey offers bold caramel, vanilla and maple on the palate, with soft, creamy mouthfeel. Water opens up the aroma a little, disclosing a bit more vanilla. Sip or mix. (KN)

Formerly Dickel No. 12, nothing about the whiskey has changed, but there is a new label sporting the phrase "Signature Recipe." It still offers that classic Dickel profile of waxy fruit and Flintstone's vitamins.
