Affordable dessert-wine. This little gem comes from Sainte-Croix du Mont, which sits right across the river Garonne, jealously looking at Sauternes and Barsac (the famous sticky-wine appelations). Excellent combination of sweetness and richness. The wine will last over five years, but it's delicious now and perfect with all types of desserts. We recommend you give it a try.
