Guillaume is now producing beer, along with his childhood friend and sales manager at Clusel Roch, Gaëlle Bonnefond. Called Les Marmots, a term for an overactive child we might call a brat, this organic beer come packaged in beautiful 33 cl bottles." The Blanche has spicy and refreshing citrus qualities. It's an especially great Spring and Summer beer!
