Guillaume is now producing beer, along with his childhood friend and sales manager at Clusel Roch, Gaëlle Bonnefond. Called Les Marmots, a term for an overactive child we might call a brat, this organic beer come packaged in beautiful 33 cl bottles." The Blonde has light flavors that contrast with a full and malty body, but never comes across as heavy. Great to pair with roasted meats and a variety of cheeses.
