Composed of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Mauzac, it has a pale pink hue, a fine bead, and delicate hints of cherry and strawberry with white floral notes. A crisp, elegant sparkler made in the traditional method, spending 15 months in the bottle before disgorgement. At way less than the price of a bottle of Champagne, Cuvée Emotion is the perfect choice for a house sparkling wine or to serve at parties. Brilliant as an aperitif, or paired with sashimi, Chinese or Thai cuisine.
