Daniel Eizirik is the first resident to join the project in Santa Maria del Tule in Oaxaca. As Alex notes in his forward, Daniel: "spent two months delving in to and reflecting upon that which gives life to maguey and mezcal; the lands, the families, the climates, the politics, the biology, the wild life and life cycles."
