Head Brewer, Phil McDaniel spent 2 years learning beer at the Siebel institute in Chicago and some time in at the sister school in Munich, where he learned the science of beer making. He later cut his teeth at Stone and The Bruery before helping to found Eureka Brewing. A medium bodied, easy drinking amber lager that hits you with mild biscuit notes up front while finishing with light toasted caramel.
