This is a fresh, zippy, inviting blanc de blanc champagne. It's got fresh cut apple, loads of citrus flowers, and a soft creamy mousse. This is an excellent aperitif wine and you'll love inviting guests over and having a bottle of this open over a spread of hors d'oeuvres while you put the finishing touches on the dinner you've elegantly crafted. Even more, your guests will love you if you have a second bottle just in case!

This beautiful Blanc de Blancs, with its nose of white flowers and lemon zest, is a real treat. The texture is so perfectly velvety, and it has delicate toasted brioche notes and incredible freshness. This is refreshing and elegant champagne that begs for fresh oysters on the half shell.

This is beautiful to enjoy before a meal. A great palate preparer to have with small snacks. A touch of yellow apple and brown pear makes its way but then a tad of subtle citrus lingers. This is truly a well-priced Champagne that can be enjoyed any day of the week.

The "Signature" Blanc de Blancs from Pierre Mineral (what a name!) strikes the perfect balance between creamy opulence and lively vibrancy. With fully integrated flavors of lemon meringue, oyster shell, cream, minerals and flowers, there is no shortage of complexity. The bubbles produce a very fine bead, and the acidity is at just the right level to create refreshing lift and a long bright finish.

Elegant and with light brioche notes like most Blanc de Blancs it's minerality shines through and brightens up entire palate. It's by far my favorite style of Champagne and it's just pure in its expression of high quality Chardonnay grapes. Dry, with freshness and sea breeze-like notes it's a joy to pair it with fresh seafood.
