Mr. Neff deftly balances the bright spice of ginger and the subtle heat of jalapeno to create this refreshing twist on the ubiquitous classic. It all starts with delicious pot distilled vodka from Griffo distillery in Petaluma. Then lime and ginger juices are balanced with the careful site made extraction of Jalapeno peppers. There are a lot of canned mules, but there's no question that Drifter's is one of the best.
