La Gran Señora Extra Añejo Tequila (750ml) (Previously $180)

Named in honor of Dona Elena, the matriarch of the Camarena family and leader of the Tequila Supremo distillery (formerly known as Casa Camarena) La Gran Señora Tequila is made exclusively from mature blue weber agave harvested at over 7,000 feet elevation in Los Altos. The agave is cooked in a 100 year old volcanic oven fermented in open stainless steel tanks before being double distilled in steel pots. The forward thinking Camarena family has also made Tequila Supremo the first distillery in Jalisco to be recognized as having a zero net carbon impact from production. The Extra Añejo is rested for 3.5 years in American white oak.
