The nose of this wine is dynamic, it flows out of your glass, waves of stone fruit, quince, pear and apple. The wine is fermented in 50hl barrels so although the wine picks up textural richness there is not vanilla notes, just pure wine. On the palate the wine shows its’ volcanic origins with a sizzling central acidity, but this is no thin, lean, wine it has real weight and density that just flows across your tongue. The fruit intrigue is picked up and driven by the acid and minerality carrying it into a lifted finish. Superb aromatics, layers of spicy fruit make this wine absolutely stunning. If you have not tried Etna Bianco before this wine is a great place to start!

Made with Carricante and a dash of Catarratto, this elegantly structured wine has enticing aromas of Mediterranean herb, fragrant yellow flower, citrus and a whiff of acacia. The fresh, savory palate shows juicy lime, ripe pear, chopped herb and mineral alongside tangy acidity. The lingering finish closes crisp and clean.
