St. George "Lot 20" Single Malt Whiskey (750ml) (one bottle limit)

It's hard to believe, but St. George has been selling single malt for 20 years! Lot 1 was released in 2000 with a complex mashbill for a single malt - pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, black patent malt as wel l as Bamberg malt (unroasted barley smoked over beech and alder wood). This mashbill has remained unchanged for 20 years. Dave Smith leads the whisky program these days and his pallet guides the selection of barrels. Pulling from a wide range of casks types Lot 20's youngest component is 4.5 years old and the oldest comes from a solera barrel going back 21 years to some of the original distillates.
