This is the essence of Umami. It's insane to taste on its own and extraordinarily versatile. This can be used in any number of ways in cocktails that need a savory touch to bring them together or especially in the kitchen. Think mushroom risotto or steak marinades. It basically is a blast of mushroom, fish sauce, seaweed, beef jerky, miso soup, and oysters all in one. Add it to your next Bloody Mary and start dreaming of your next brunch before the first one has even ended.
