Zeta is from 890-920m at the entry into Cebreros. Produced with 100% traditional, EU organic, bush-trained garnacha vines. The slate and granite soils are blended, giving depth and fruit character to this wine. Vineyards: El Robledillo, El Mojón, Presidente. Hand-picked grapes with a native yeasts fermentation in 500L French barrels of different origins and ages. 9 months in foudre, steel tanks, and 500L barrels for blending and added élevage.
