This one of the absolute break-out stars from the incredible 2019 vintage. Wine Spectator gave this the 2nd highest score for a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc--ever. In fact, the only wine scored above it was Cloudy Bay’s Sauvignon Blanc which is more than twice the price. This is exactly what I expect from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Full of bright tropical notes, green pea, lively acidity and laser focus. This wine hits the nail on the head for typicity, balance, and thrist-quenching delicious Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

This SB has got some zing to it! Super crisp, green apple, apricot and nectarine aromas come across so clearly in this New Zealand wine. What I love is that it tastes like a fancy summer “sitting on the porch” wine without the extravagant price one would expect to accompany such a tasty treat. Fruit forward, elegant and light – easily a regular “go to” chilled white wine to accompany your warm California days. Definitely a wine to stock before it’s all gone~ cheers and enjoy!

This is a checklist of what New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc should smell like. Gooseberry, grass, guava, pineapple and a touch of salt. The palate is bright and full of tropical fruit, a hint of green grass and herbs and a saline bite at the finish. For $14 you would be hard pressed to find a more classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc!

Bottled summertime - Pear, peach, guava, kiwi and and honeydew all pop out of the glass on the nose, with clean, pure notes that transition happily to the palate, where they're joined by rounder cream, basil and juniper notes that frame out the entire experience wonderfully

Looking for a new favorite New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc? This is a really lovely, zippy and bright wine with all the classic grassy, vibrant character you'd expect from Marlborough. The quality here is as good as many much more pricey bottles, and its' easy to see this as a new household staple.

One of the newest products to hit our shelves is this aromatic, fresh, and BRIGHT Sauvignon Blanc from Allan Scott Family in Marlborough. This is a super racy wine, but doesn't overwhelm the senses like a lot of young SBs out there. There are a ton of stone fruit and tropical fruit notes on the insanely expressive bouquet, complemented by some minerally and herbacious aromas. The real winner is the wine's complicated and lengthy finish, running the gamut in flavors with notes of passionfruit, hay, cream cheese, and toasted almonds. This really has me dreaming of summer afternoons (although in California, its kind of always summer, so pop this open any time of the year)!
