As its name suggests, this wine comes from vines planted around the chateau that has 13th-century origins. Structure and strong minerality balance bright apple and citrus flavors. With spice and a tangy character, the wine will certainly develop. (RV) (4/2020)
This wine has a lot of creamy malolactic character even as it still has pointed acidity to spare. It’s high-toned with green herb notes of fresh cream in spring, then it finishes a little warm and sweet. Pour it with pasta tossed with English peas and cream. (4/2020)
