Dave Phinney's newest release is a spectacular rye finished in his D66 Grenache barrels. The mashbill is 51% rye, 45% corn, and 4% malted barley. Aged a minimum of 3 years these tiny lots are currently sourced from Tennessee and showcase the soft and supple texture you'd expect from George Dickel or Jack. Bottled at 90 proof (watered with spring water from Dave's Alexander Valley property). The unique wine finish provides a stunningly clear floral and spicy finish with hints of strawberry and cherry.
