Freeland Bourbon is Indiana's finest combined with a Pacific Northwest twist. The bourbon gets finished in Portland in Pinot Noir barrels from Elk Cove. This additional aging in wine barrels imparts a slightly exaggerated pepper spice and gentle floral notes to a bourbon that is all full of soft caramel, vanilla and coffee. The ladies at Freeland have done a great job paying homage to Grandma Freeland.
