Bertoux is the new pot-distilled brandy created by Jeff Bell and Thomas Pastuszak. These two prominent tastemakers searched out pot-distilled brandy from 3-7 years old aged in the solera style. Aged in a mixture of French and American oak at medium toast, the grape is 95% Colombard grown in California. The low-sugar/high-acid grape is perfect for distilling brandy. The small batch blend is perfect for mixing but delicious enough to sip like the great brandies of France. A truly unique expression of the California terroir at an exceptional price.
