This is the new Jura project of Patrick Ligeron and 2016 is just the second vintage for this house. 100% Savagnin, this has flavors of ripe fruits like apricot and apples with a touch of ripe citrus fruits and pepper. This is rich, yet powerful with a beautiful balance and could be kept at least 10 years. It pairs well with fish, white meat with creamy sauces, and cheeses such as Comté, Morbier and Mont d’Or.
