J Vineyards has been crafting wine since 1986. This is the first release of the "California Cuvée," made from grapes grown in cool-climate locations throughout California, including the Russian River Valley, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Mendocino County. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Winemaker's notes: "The inaugural release of our vibrant and approachable California Cuvée opens with a pop of tart pineapple and orange blossom on the wonderfully aromatic nose. The palate is lively and rich with layered notes of Asian pear and honeysuckle, overlaying hints of fresh mandarin peel and marzipan before a zesty, focused finish."
