Outer quote mark The latest iteration of Pierre Péters' NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Réserve Oubliée is showing brilliantly, offering up a lovely bouquet of lemon oil, crushed white flowers, green apple, honeycomb and walnut oil. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, pure and racy, with excellent concentration, a pinpoint mousse and incisive acids, concluding with a penetrating finish.
