Disgorged in September 2017 with three grams of dosage, the 2009 Blanc de Blancs Brut Tendresse opens very clear, fresh and fine on the nose with discreet smoky notes and very elegant fruit aromas. Ripe and intense on the palate, with good grip and purity, this is an expressive, complex and persistent Blanc de Blancs with a long, refined and refreshing finish. There is a nice, stimulating iodine note in the aftertaste. This is very pure and tensioned with a complex, persistent and enormously salty finish. Tasted April 2018. (SR) (8/2018)
