Beachwood Brewery uses traditional techniques, such as unmalted wheat, aged hops, a koelschip placed in the rafters, spontaneous fermentation, neutral French Oak wine barrels, and puncheons. Then they take the traditional ways and turn them on their head, such as with this unique creation. From the brewery: "Bright stone fruit and our house funk dominate the aromatics followed by flavors of juicy plum and melon. There is a solid acidity all the way through, rounded out by the sea salt, and a finish reminiscent of sweet tarts."
