Alexander Jules "8/41) Manzanilla Sanlucar de Barrameda (500ml)

SKU #1347208

Alex Russan is back with a fresh saca of Manzanilla, a nifty new 500ml package, and a wine that is as fresh, tasty and vibrant as it has ever been. Over time, Alex has realized that he prefers the vibrant, vinous quality of Manzanilla barrels that have a little less flor, and to that point this selection comes primarily from barrels located several rows up in height, where the flor does not grow quite as readily as it does on the ground level. That said, we are still dealing with wine that is 9 years old on average, so there is plenty of complexity and richness to balance out the bright and lively notes of this Manzanilla. Fantastic, and highly recommended for your next: paella, sashimi, miso bagna cauda grilled veges, charcuterie plate, or glass of something delicious while you prep dinner!
