2012 Altolando "Rayuelo" Bobal Manchuela (Previously $20)

SKU #1319905

Produced in the province of Cuenca, heading in the direction of Teruel, this comes from Bobal vines planted between 900 and 1100 meters above sea level. Bobal is a grape variety that is moderately high in both tannins and acidity, a combination which allows the best examples to handle some serious "comida" while also retaining freshness.
