Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! "Solstice d'Eté" Raspberry Berliner Weisse Style Ale, Canada (341ml)

SKU #1274320

This sour wheat beer was inspired by traditional German styles. The unboiled wort is intentionally allowed to go sour, encouraging a bright complexity of flavor. During fermentation, whole fruit such as raspberries, mangoes and cherries are added to balance the acidity with some natural sweetness. The result is completely refreshing!
