This balanced, elegant Champagne is composed of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. The grapes are all from the Gonet family's estate, spread from the southernmost 1er cru of Vertus to the valley of the Marne. It is a gorgeous wine to toast with: bready, vibrant and flavorful. Not-so-secretly made by legendary producer Philippe Gonet, this Pierre Mineral estate-grown Champagne is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Meunier. It ticks so many boxes: elegant, crisp, balanced, subtly yeasty, and priced to party. Pierre Mineral shows delicate bubbles, impressive minerality, plus that coveted toastiness–all for $35. Wow.

I absolutely love the whole line up of Pierre Mineral! this Champagne is one of the top values in the store. It's impeccably clean, mineral palate with a little bit of brioche, apple, pink peach and white blossom aromas creates the most irresistible profile. It's one of the best Champagne to sip by itself.

This spectacular brut shows so much charming fresh baguette and sea breeze character and is one of the most charming non-vintage offerings in our stock. I love the great mid-palate richness from the 60% Pinot Noir in the blend, which gives off lovely red fruit without becoming heavy or obvious. The best thing about the wine is the finish, super clean, mineral, dry and long. Be careful- this champagne is way to easy to drink!

With fruit sourced from the Marne, the Montagne de Reims, Sezanne and the Cote de Blancs, this is truly a champagne of Champagne! 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier, the precision/power balance is remarkable. It is delicate and pretty on the nose with light toasty notes, lemons and white flowers, berry undertones and exotic quince. It has great great precision and delicacy married with rich fruit flavors. It is a true stunner for the price.

Bright shimmering green apple, hints of white flower and a fresh mineral tang on the palate make this a serious Champagne without a serious price tag. All the confusing rules behind whose fruit goes into whose wine could be in the conversation with this wine, but when you pour it into a glass and take a sip all conversation fades to the background and you'll only care that this is really good wine.

Another stunner Champagne for the price this really delivers. Apple, pear, fresh bright flavors, and small bubbles. This should be in everyone's fridge for easy everyday enjoyment.

The grapes are all from the Gonet family's estate. This beautiful lively Champagne is a harmony of flavors. Bright, slightly toasty, delicate, light, elegant with just the perfect amount of acidity. It is memorable and once you try it, you will not forget these beautiful bubbles, especially with the incredible low price.

This wine should be a go to for crowd-pleasing, over-performing party bubbles. It far surpasses it's friendly price-point, and is incredibly well-balanced between refreshment and richness. The bottle I took home went down disappointingly quickly-- so maybe keep an extra bottle on hand! Acid is well controlled, there is bright lemon meringue and white peach on the palate, while the nose is filled with deliciously flowery aromatics.
