The fun never seems to end with all the wonderful wines from Fratelli Barale. This Chinato is loaded with Christmas spices and lacquer box notes. Like a drier Amaro with even better acidity. Drink this straight, on the rocks with soda and a twist, substitute for any sweet vermouth. The options are endless. Move over Carpano Antica, the Barale Chinato is in town!

You are going to lose your mind once you taste this Chinato. Basically a red vermouth but made from a base of Barolo with quinine added, so your protection against the nika virus! Ok I'm kidding about that but this is so flavorful, so vibrant you won't want to miss it. If you want to go Top Shelf for your Negroni or Manhattan this is the ticket. The nose is full of cinnamon, sage, and Christmas spice and finishes fresh and dry, its a marvel.
Drink from 2016 to 2018
