Dark red cherries, mint, game, smoke, tobacco and licorice are all deeply expressive in a mid-weight, very classic feeling Brunello long on class and personality. The bold nose shows so much wild cherry, sweet earth, dried flowers coupled with a fuller plumier breadth. On the palate the wine has deep, saturated flavors of spiced plum, along with a pool of savory, porcini, dried meat and leather flavors. The wine is full of power, incredible depth and its richly textured palate presence is awesome. The finish is powerful, full and shows incredible length and layer after layer of spice, fruit, herbs, leather and earth. A truly spectacular wine.
