Selvarey White Rum from Panama is the creation of legendary master blender Don Francisco "Pancho" Fernandez, former thirty-five year veteran of Havana Club. Selvarey White is a blend of three and five year old light rums, distilled in 1922 copper column stills, aged in American oak and carbon filtered to remove the color. No sugar is added before bottling and the crips dry character melds perfectly with the rich barrel influence. This is the closest thing we can offer in the Cuban Carte Blanca style, a fine replacee Perfect in a cocktail, but equally delicious left alone with the ice.
