One of my favorite characteristics of great rosé Champagne is the complementing flavors of sweet red berries and minerality. The Canard-Duchene Rosé beautifully encompasses those classic qualities with a mixture of fresh strawberries and raspberries intertwined with limestone structure while keeping its personality with texture and floral character. Absolutely delicious.

This charming rose is an excellent value, and I love the creamy texture and beautiful ripe strawberry fruit. The team at Canard Duchene has sourced almost all of the fruit for this rose from the mountain of Reims. It is composed of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Meunier. While this rose has great fruit on the nose and on the palate, it finishes nice and dry. At this price, why not try it?

The Authentique Rosé from Canard Duchêne has a soft, rich strawberry and raspberry fruit profile offered by the great Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. The texture is lush and round, complemented by chalky minerality and kept in balance by refreshing acidity on the back end.

This is a fabulous rosé Champagne that is incredibly crisp, light and finishes super dry. It shows delicate flavors of red fruits like strawberries and cranberries. There is also an intriguing mineral character that comes through on the finish creating freshness along with the bright acidity. You can't go wrong, especially for the price!
