Potensac's 1990 is almost as good as their 1989. It is deeply colored, with plenty of body, an attractive, pure, curranty, earthy nose, medium to full body, a classic structure, and a long finish. (RP) (2/1993)
89-91 points from Neal Martin: "Slight aging on the rim. An oaky nose, quite cedary and earthy. The palate has firm tannins with dry black dusty fruits. Good balance, probably just faded a little. Sturdy wine and drinking very well now. Very fine. Tasted November 2000." (Wine Journal, eRobertParker.com)
