One immediately notices the darker color due to the Black Koji Kin they use to make this Kojimai. There's a musky, rich flavor and it's very yeasty with a good amount of floral aroma signifying the Daiginjo. There's a strong attack, strong body, and a solid finish. There's a strong presence of tart green apples and pears. This is a very unique sake.
