Hitachino Nest beer is is brewed by Kiuchi Brewery who've been brewing Japanese Sake since 1823 and now they're in their 8th generation! Distiller's note: "This White Ale is brewed with wheat malt, and flavored with coriander, orange peel, and nutmeg." This beer is texturally soft but complex. Perfect with sushi and seafood dishes!
