Pisco Acholado is an aromatic blended pisco made from three grape varietals: Quebranta, Italia, a table grape with delicate Muscat flavor and floral aromas, and Torontel that also has delicate aromas. The floral nose reminds one of violets and honeysuckle, and had an elegant, smooth finish that lingers on the palate. A natural in cocktails, it is very nice served chilled over ice.
