K&L Notes

Miller's Gin is handcrafted and made in very small batches. It's then transported by ship to Iceland. Here, in the small village of Borgarnes, on Iceland's remote west coast, lies the Selyri Spring, source of some of the purest water to be found on earth. This spring water is blended with the spirit to create a marriage of softness and clarity of taste. Westbourne Strength is 45.2% abv. This is a delicious, herbaceous, London dry style gin that adds another great value to our shelves. Gin and tonics galore! 97 points Beverage Testing Institute: "Clear color. Perfumed aromas and flavors of myrrh, eucalyptus, musk, aloe vera, frankincense, geranium, orris root, and juniper with a velvety, vibrant, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, complex, long finish that shows shades of rose, tarragon, and leather conditioner finish. A masculine-of-center, perfumed gin of the highest order; will create one-of-a-kind cocktails with a signature aroma." *Platinum Medal/Superlative, 2019 Best Gin* (02/2019)

An interesting London dry, of course as the name states its produced in London and has a great classic botanical list; however, it's water is sourced from Iceland! Once the gin arrives in a village called Borgarnes it's blended with fresh water from the Selyri spring. The inclusion of fresh water offers the gin a softer body, and smoother liquid texture. An awesome London dry that'll be great over ice, or in a martini.
