Nicely delineated notes of fresh bread dough, apricot, Granny Smith apples and wet stone are ever-apparent here. And yes, the bubbles are tiny. Brut contains 10% Chardonnay in addition to the standard Cava varieties. It has an excellent nose of biscuit, apple, and floral notes leading to a dry, fruity mid-palate.
