Two female winemakers are behind this fresh and classic Spanish white (hence those two Victories in the name). It smells almost sauvignon blanc like, from the Loire, that is, with gooseberries and lime characters. On the palate, the wine stays clean and fresh and addictive. Serve with shrimp!
