Palate entry is off-dry, caramel-like and properly oak; at midpalate, the flavor deepens, offering lip-smacking tastes of light toffee, almond butter and vanilla extract. It is distilled, aged and bottled at the Chateau. It has a rich amber color with beautiful aromatics on the nose. On the palate it has lovely roundness, finesse and an unbelievable finish. 41% ABV
