100% hand-harvested, this Central Coast Cabernet is fruit forward and very friendly. Bright cherry, blackcurrant, tobacco and toasted oak are present in the nose and on the palate of this approachable, balanced, medium to full bodied wine with lots of sweet fruit and nary a hint of tannin. The wine was aged for 17 months in 22% new oak (82% American, 10% French, 8% Hungarian). Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Delicious!!
