2010 Remo Farina Bianco di Custoza

SKU #1131723

This unusual white from the Veneto is an absolutely charming wine made from a blend of 40% Garganega (the main varietal in Soave), 25% Trebbiano, 20% Malvasia, and 15% Fernanda. Sounds like a handful, but in reality this is a fresh and vibrant unoaked white. If offers a note of the exotic flowers and spice along with pear and green apple fruit, and makes a delicious aperitif wine or accompaniment to light dishes.
