SKU #1054721

Classified as a spirit. Do not ship to no spirits locations. If you're a Savoy Cocktail Book-toting cocktail enthusiast, you've probably noticed that lots of old concoctions call for mixers, syrups and bitters that are totally obsucre. Take Celery Bitters, for instance. Used in classic drinks like the Corspe Reviver, the Blood Mary, the Bullshot and the Prairie Oyster, this unusal bitters has been conspicuously absent from the market for decades. Fortunately, thanks to the partnership between the folks as Bittermens and the guys at The Bitter Truth, it's back. Complex and exotic, with a dominant celery note (of course), as well as hints of lemongrass, orange zest and spicy ginger on the palate. Try it with Tequila! Winner of 2010 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Award "Best Bitter"

Your idea of the perfect Bloody Mary is incorrect unless you are you dashing this delicious bitter twice into your spicy cocktail. Believe me i was wrong for so long. Also i love to use this bitter on fresh oysters.
