Logging In to Your Account

If you have placed a phone or web order with K&L, then you automatically have an online account. To find out your online id and password, please perform one of the following steps...

  1. If we have your email address on file, it will be easy for you to retrieve your online id and password. Simply visit our Password Reset page, enter your Online ID or your email address, press the "Reset Password" button and we'll send an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. Of course, if we do not have your email address on file, you won't be able to obtain your online id and password this way.
  2. You may call us at 800-247-5987 during business hours, and request your online id and password information. We recommend that you have one of our sales or customer service staff members enter your email address into your customer file, and then have us email you the online id and password. For our customer’s security, we will delete any credit card information within your file if you need to obtain your online id and password this way.
  3. At any time you can register a new account on our web site. This will allow you to immediately proceed through our web site. Of course, it will also create a duplicate record of your information within our database. If you decide to create a new registration on our site, but believe that you already exist in our records, we ask that you send an email to duplicates@klwines.com to let us know. Keeping a consolidated account will allow you to maintain all of your information, including previous and current purchases, within one place. Additionally, from time to time we reward frequent shoppers with specials and prizes, so it's best to make sure that all of your purchases are lumped into one account.
